Subject: Pay Comparison for Penn Libraries Staff

Dear Colleagues,

We’ve committed to sharing facts with you leading up to the NLRB election. There are few facts more important to most staff than their pay. That’s why it’s especially important that we share the attached data with you that shows that Penn Libraries has consistently provided higher pay increases for its staff than the existing union has negotiated for its members.

As we shared last week, we’ve also prioritized aligning pay increases directly to performance reviews, to increase pay transparency—and reduce ambiguity—for all staff.
