Subject: Worried about the union? You aren’t the only one. 

Dear colleagues,

We have noticed an uptick over the past week in staff who are confused and concerned about what unionization would mean for them. It’s important that you know that if you have worries about the union, you aren’t alone.

The attached information shares just a few of the comments we have received both directly from staff and submitted anonymously on our website, sharing confusion and frustration at the lack of information provided by the union.

The union isn’t treating people equally now when it’s trying to convince staff to join the union. Why would that change if it is elected? Will the union still ignore some staff, but expect all staff to pay union dues and fees?
